Introduction

By accessing, registering, purchasing, or using any services provided by DataMinex, you fully agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

General Conditions

  • DataMinex services must be used solely for their intended and lawful purposes.

  • The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data presented.

  • DataMinex does not store or access private or sensitive financial information.

  • We are not a credit reporting agency and do not issue consumer reports of any kind. Our data must not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or any similar purposes.

  • Users must not engage in misuse or abuse of the platform, including but not limited to activities that infringe upon the rights, privacy, or safety of others.

  • All users are responsible for complying with their local laws. Any breach of legal obligations may lead to account termination.

  • The data accessible through DataMinex is derived from public sources and anonymous submissions. We do not knowingly acquire or distribute data unlawfully and are not aware of the specific origins of third-party contributions.

  • The methods used to acquire or process data are considered proprietary and will not be disclosed.

  • DataMinex reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

Accounts

  • Reselling of our API services is permitted only with prior notice to our support team.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion. In such cases, an explanation will be provided.

Acceptable Use

  • Our services are intended strictly for personal security analysis and research.

  • You may only query information related to yourself or individuals you are legally authorized to act on behalf of, with explicit written consent.

  • Unauthorized searches or investigations involving third parties are strictly forbidden.

  • You may not use our services to harm, exploit, or violate the rights or privacy of any individual.

  • All use of the platform is at your own risk. DataMinex is not liable for any legal or personal consequences resulting from your use of the service.

Payments

  • All transactions are final and non-refundable.

  • When using cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Monero, the only information we store is the transaction ID and the payment amount.

Abuse & Restrictions

  • Users blocked by our anti-DDoS systems due to abuse will not be reinstated. These protections are in place to ensure fair access for all users.

  • Any unauthorized bulk queries or reselling of services without proper disclosure will result in immediate termination of access.

Legal Notice

  • The only user data retained by DataMinex includes usernames and search histories. In the event of a legally binding subpoena, this is the extent of the data we can provide.

  • If a subpoena specifically references an API key, we may provide associated client information, such as registered contact or business details, if available.

  • For subpoenas issued by courts in the UK or Russia, users will be notified 24 hours in advance of any data disclosure unless exceptional legal circumstances prevent such notice.

  • DataMinex does not store access logs and will not begin logging user activity upon request.
